Housing

Permanent supportive housing combines affordable housing with voluntary support services to address the needs of chronically homeless adult individuals who meet the income guidelines. Residents work with case managers to build independent living and tenancy skills and connect people with community-based health care, treatment, and employment services. Residents pay no more than 30% of their income toward rent. All apartments are single occupancy.
